The Roches Beach Living team are locals and they recognise the importance of protecting the beautiful environment at Roches Beach and they are committed to protecting it for the future. The owners want to make a positive difference with this development. Their vision, which has now become a reality, is to see Roches Beach Living provide a safe and invigorating place where people will enjoy life.
Kate Saul
Kate is Co-Manager of Roches Beach Living who is responsible for all the day to day matters and running of the Village. Kate works very closely with all residents to ensure their needs are attended to and to create the lifestyle that our residents have looked forward to. Kate is also a member of the Social Committee and assists with the organisation and running of various social activities for the enjoyment of residents. Kate is a caring and relaxed person who loves having fun.
Linda Ingram
Linda is our friendly on site Nurse / Caretaker who is on hand for after- hours emergencies. Linda is one of the Village residents who loves her home and neighbours.
Tim Saul
Tim is Co-Manager of Roches Beach Living. He works closely with all residents to ensure their needs are attended to and to create the lifestyle that our residents have looked forward to. Tim is also the Roches Beach Living Project Manager and is responsible for all building works at the Village which are currently still in progress.
John Saul
John is the medical arm of Roches Beach Living. He is a local doctor who is on call for the residents of Roches Beach Living. He promotes a safe and caring environment where the needs of the residents have top priority.
Noel Davies
Noel is a part time employee who is responsible for Compliance issues and Village documentation, including policies and procedures.
